Classes for Regulars
The following classes are suitable for anyone who has already
completed our Introduction to
Buddhist meditation course.
Summer Full-Moon Sangha Gathering
The evening will have a simple programme as follows:
6pm: Arrive
6.30pm: Shared Meal (please bring veggie food to share),
7.30pm: Meditation followed by Moonlit Puja (possibly under the stars,
weather permitting!)
Saturday 16th August
All welcome. No charge but a
small donation would be appreciated.
7 Week Course: Wisdom
New 7 week level two course exploring Wisdom.
Tuesdays 2nd September - 14th October
7.15pm - 9.45pm
£6 (or £3 concession) per evening
7 Week Course: Mindfulness

Drop-in Weekly Communal Practice
A drop-in evening of silent meditation practice.
