Introductory Buddhism & Meditation Course

Gap Community Centre, 39 Oakwood Grove, Warwick, CV34 5TD.

A seven week course introducing meditation with clear instructions enabling you to meditate at home. The course will also explore some basic Buddhist ideas and discuss how these are relevant to modern life in a busy world.

Tuesdays 7th September to19th October

Suggested Donation per night: £7 (or £3.50 concession)
