Meditation has the power to transform the limited and contracted parts of ourselves, opening doors to boundless dimensions radiant with qualities such as tranquility, compassion, and awareness— that can flow into and enrich our daily lives. Yet, meditation can sometimes feel like a struggle or even a challenge to prioritise amidst the busyness of life. This evening will explore creative and practical ways to enliven and deepen our connection to meditation -through guided practices and input. To help bring the whole of ourselves into meditation.

Dharma night runs from 7:15 – 9:15pm every Thursday evening. Doors open at 7pm for a chance to chat and have tea before hand. Open to anyone who has completed an introductory course.
