SUMMARY:Say What You Truly Mean
DESCRIPTION:Say What You Truly Mean\nEvery last Sunday of the month with Dh
ammaloka\n\n10.30 to 11.30 introduction for those new to this format of di
scussion\n\n11.45 to 14.15 practice session\n\n&nbsp\;\nHow do you find ou
 t what you truly experience? What you truly mean\, feel\, believe\, want\,
intend? How do you make sense of the stirrings in the background of every
day life which\, though vague\, seem too important and meaningful to be ig
nored? When expressing them\, do you also find that there always remains m
ore to be said? Would it be possible to say this more? Would you want that
? Might it be important? It is certainly possible\, but never 100 percent.
However\, the more you can articulate\, the more fully you can live.\nThe
se sessions offer a space for you to bring whatever theme is alive for yo
 u. We won’t follow a fixed schedule but trust that genuine exploration w
ill bring up what is needed for spiritual flourishing.\n\nWhat will the s
ession involve?\n\nWe will practise embodied approaches of ‘close talkin
g’\, talking that always remains close to experience. This is inspired b
y Mindfulness\, Insight Dialogue\, Focusing and Buddhist practices of the
three wisdoms (receiving\, exploring\, realizing). This is a practical
means of discovering and cultivating what is existentially relevant though
as yet vague and unclear.\n\nWe will dialogue in pairs and small groups w
ith an emphasis on deep listening. To engage with each other in mutually s
upportive ways can be a radical practice\, one in which we are ever learne
rs.\n\n&nbsp\;\nParticipants should have completed at least two introducto
ry courses at the Buddhist centre. It is not necessary to attend every mon
th\, but please register as there will be a maximum of 12 participants. As
a newcomer to these sessions\, please first attend the introduction.\nPle
