Dharma Night: The Buddha’s teachings for everyone
Join Ākāśanāga as we spend a simple evening together exploring mindfulness through the four postures: sitting, walking, standing and lying down. We will have a silent tea break with the chance to stay and chat at the end.
The evening will be gently led and is suitable for all ranges of meditation experience.
______________
Every 7 weeks there will be a new theme, along with pujas and guest speakers. Each session is stand alone, so you don’t have to come to every one in the series.
Dharma Night is the main evening of the week where people with various levels of practice come together. It’s suitable to anyone who is familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations.
No need to book. No charge – please make a donation.
Dharma night runs from 7:15 – 9:15pm every Thursday evening. Doors open at 7pm for a chance to chat and have tea before hand.
