DESCRIPTION:Dharma Night: The Buddha's teachings for everyone\n\nPuja with 
 Sthirabandhu\n\nTonight we will be connecting to ideals and inspirations t
 hrough Buddhist ritual.\n\nIf you are newer to the centre\, youre more tha
 n welcome to come along and enjoy the atmosphere. No pressure to join in.\
 n\n______________\n\nEvery 7 weeks there will be a new theme\, along with 
 pujas and guest speakers. Each session is stand alone\, so you don't have 
 to come to every one in the series.\nDharma Night is the main evening of t
 he week where people with various levels of practice come together. It's s
 uitable to anyone who is familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and me
 tta bhavana meditations.\n\nNo need to book. No charge – please make a 
 donation.\n\nDharma night runs from 7:15 - 9:15pm every Thursday evening. 
 Doors open at 7pm for a chance to chat and have tea before hand.
