DESCRIPTION:Dharma Night: The Buddha's teachings for everyone\n\nDharma dis
 cussions with Maitrisara and Friends\n\nThis series features Maitrisara ea
 ch week in conversation with a different friend. A real sense of Sangha ca
 n be appreciated by witnessing relationships between others in the spiritu
 al community. That’s why we love doing conversation based presentations 
 at Dharma Night (and why we set up small groups!)\n\nAs part of celebratin
 g Bhante Sangharakshita’s 100th birthday this year\, we will choose one 
 of his recorded talks from the archive and discuss the themes reflecting o
 n his ideas and bringing in our own experience.\n\n26 June: Maitrisara and
  Samacitta will discuss the 2009 talk "Living with Ethics” delivered at 
 the Birmingham Buddhist Centre\n\n______________\n\nEvery 7 weeks there wi
 ll be a new theme\, along with pujas and guest speakers. Each session is s
 tand alone\, so you don't have to come to every one in the series.\n\nNo n
 eed to book. No charge – please make a donation.\n\nDharma night runs f
 rom 7:15 - 9:15pm every Thursday evening. Doors open at 7pm for a chance t
 o chat and have tea before hand. Open to anyone who is familiar with the m
 indfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations.
