 mphasis on beauty and the arts. In this Dharma Night series\, Ādityadāsa
  will explore a range of transformative pathways that can open us to deepe
 r meaning\, clarity\, and awakening. Come along to any night of this serie
 s\, no matter where along the path you think you are.\n\n______________\n\
 nEvery 7 weeks there will be a new theme\, along with pujas and guest spea
 kers. Each session is stand alone\, so you don't have to come to every one
  in the series.\n\nNo need to book. No charge – please make a donation.
 \n\nDharma night runs from 7:15 - 9:15pm every Thursday evening. Doors ope
 n at 7pm for a chance to chat and have tea before hand. Open to anyone who
  is familiar with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditatio
 ns.
