Please join us for a day of celebrating the Buddha’s enlightenment, a time to reflect on our own awakening journey, of turning mara’s arrows into flowers!
The day will include an element that is family friendly (arriving from 11:45 and leaving after lunch)
Led by the Dhamma Rama Women’s Mitra Study Group: Pasannamati, Singhamati, Merry, Sue, Sally, Gill, Karen, Marion, Hannah, Jess, Magda and Heather

10:10: “Reflections from the Seat of Enlightenment” talk and led reflection by Pasannamati.
11:40: Tea
12:00: Buddhanusati – Led Meditation on the Buddha OR Workshop on the Buddha’s enlightenment story (child friendly – all welcome).
1:00: Lunch
2:00 Turning arrows into flowers – short personal talks from Heather, Sally and Karen
