 uly\nSessions run from 7.15-9.15pm with a tea break in the middle.\nDoors 
 open at 7pm\, feel free to arrive early to settle in.\n\nWhy searching? An
  Exploration of the Ten Oxherding Pictures\nThe ten oxherding pictures com
 e from 12th century China. They became very popular in the Far East and ha
 ve now also become popular in the West. Search the web\, and you’ll find
  a lot about them – good stuff as well as nonsense. In the series\, a yo
 ung person seems lost and gets on a search. But it is unclear for what. So
 mehow he/she/they ends up awakened and then goes back to the ‘market pla
 ce’? How and why? Exploring the pictures\, the story and the poetry\, we
  can learn a lot about how to tread (and better not tread) the Buddhist pa

  have prior experience of Buddhism/Meditation\, or you may have been comin
 g to the centre for months or years and something in this theme speaks to

 e\, is designed to support you in deepening your understanding and practic
 e of Buddhist ideas and meditation. Going Deeper can help you apply Buddhi
 st teachings in your life\, developing greater mindfulness\, positive emot
