Join this 6 week exploration of Meditation and Buddhism. Learn 3 types of meditation, some input on core Buddhist teachings and the chance to explore the ideas with others. The course can help with navigating difficult emotions, finding more stability and peace of mind and time to connect to yourself and others, as well as connecting into values and intentions.

This course is for you if you are:
– looking to start meditating, or connect an established practice with other people
– curious to learn more about Buddhism and how it applies to the modern world
– struggling with meditation apps and want some in person advice
– looking to explore your habits and intentions more deeply

Course runs for 6 Thursdays from 31 October – 5 December, 7:15-9:15pm (doors open 7.00pm)

Suitable for newcomers or those needing a refresh of the basics.
In person at the Buddhist Centre.
