A group for people from the Buddhist centre who indentify as LGBTQIA+, to meditate, study together and create a safe, friendly space to practice and make new friends.
Dayakarini and Alev will lead the group with support from other Order members and Mitras.
Open to those who have completed an introductory course and have familiarity with mindfulness/metta.

Note this event is usually every fourth Sunday of the month, but swapped this month due to clash with Sangha Day Festival on 22 Nov. You’d be very welcome to also attend the festival day.
11am – 1pm, doors open from 10:30
