In the beginning, Buddhist concepts were born from actual experience, but over the centuries they became ever more abstract. For us, it is often not straightforward to link them in a fine-grained way with what is actually going on in our lives. Then, they can fail to serve as a raft to carry us to the shore of awakening. How can we make the raft more fit to take us in that direction?
Join us on this day as we explore this question together through meditation and enquiry
