Session from 10:30am – 1pm.
An opportunity to meet and practise with other men in the Sangha. The morning will include meditation, discussion, Dharma and ritual. Open to all men including those who identify as male or non-binary, who have completed an introductory course.
From 2024 these mornings will be every second Sunday of the month and will finish at 1pm (no option for lunch)
