 whole Mahayana tradition. Over the course of this weekend we'll dive deepl
 y into how it can help us see the world the way the Buddha does.\n\nWe mig
 ht not get all the way to Nirvana in one weekend\, but it's sure to be a f
 antastic chance to meditate\, deepen your understanding of the Dharma\, ex
 perience some stillness and connect with other guys.\n\nRetreat will run f
 rom Friday 12th (late afternoon/early evening) to Sunday 14th December (a
 fternoon)\nOpen to all men who have attended at least one introductory cou
