DESCRIPTION:Dharma Night: The Buddha's teachings for everyone\n\nWelcome so
 me new mitras to the sangha as we hold a ceremony that marks a deepening 
 of commitment\, to living a life based on compassion and wisdom and doing 
 that within this spiritual community. Even if you don’t know the people 
 personally\, these evenings are a chance to connect to your own aspiration
 s for the Buddhist path\, whether you're just starting out or further alon
 g. Come along for a joyous celebration!\n\n______________\n\nEvery 7 weeks
  there will be a new theme\, along with pujas and guest speakers. Each ses
 sion is stand alone\, so you don't have to come to every one in the series
 .\nDharma Night is the main evening of the week where people with various 
 levels of practice come together. It's suitable to anyone who is familiar 
 with the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditations.\n\nNo nee
 d to book. No charge – please make a donation.\n\nDharma night runs fro
 m 7:15 - 9:15pm every Thursday evening. Doors open at 7pm for a chance to 
 chat and have tea before hand.
