DESCRIPTION:WAKE UP! The underlying message of the Buddha\nTimeless questio
 ns are always with us: What is the meaning of life? Surely there must be m
 ore to life than this? And at times of crisis\, maybe these questions are 
 more alive than usual.\n\nThe Buddha also asked these questions 2500 years
  ago\, in relation to old age\, sickness and death. This led to his great 
 quest to be free\, liberated\, awakened. Finally he broke through and beca
 me enlightened\, a Buddha. What did he discover and how is it still releva
 nt to us?\n\nEach week\, join Shuddhakirti to explore a teaching of the Bu
 ddha through a short guided meditation\, talk\, discussion and questions. 
 You're welcome to come along if you are new to Buddhism or more experience
 d. This class is open to all.\n\nGreat if you live far away from the Buddh
 ist centre or looking for a little bit of Dharma to break up your day.\n\n
