 must be more to life than this? And at times of crisis\, maybe these quest

 500 years ago\, in relation to old age\, sickness and death. This led to h
 is great quest to be free\, liberated\, awakened. Finally he broke through
  and became enlightened\, a Buddha. What did he discover and how is it sti
 ll relevant to us?\n\nEach week\, join Shuddhakirti to explore a teaching 
 of the Buddha through a short guided meditation\, talk\, discussion and qu
 estions. You're welcome to come along if you are new to Buddhism or more e
 xperienced. This class is open to all.\n\nGreat if you live far away from 
 the Buddhist centre or looking for a little bit of Dharma to break up your
