 ly there must be more to life than this? And at times of crisis\, maybe th
 ese questions are more alive than usual.\n\nThe Buddha also asked these qu
 estions 2500 years ago\, in relation to old age\, sickness and death. This
  led to his great quest to be free\, liberated\, awakened. Finally he brok
 e through and became enlightened\, a Buddha. What did he discover and how 
 is it still relevant to us?\n\nEach week\, join Shuddhakirti to explore a 
 teaching of the Buddha through a short guided meditation\, talk\, discussi
 on and questions. You're welcome to come along if you are new to Buddhism 
 or more experienced. This class is open to all.\n\nGreat if you live far a
 way from the Buddhist centre or looking for a little bit of Dharma to brea
