 nTimeless questions are always with us: What is the meaning of life? Surel
 y there must be more to life than this? And at times of crisis\, maybe the
 se questions are more alive than usual.\n\nThe Buddha also asked these que
 stions 2500 years ago\, in relation to old age\, sickness and death. This 
 led to his great quest to be free\, liberated\, awakened. Finally he broke
  through and became enlightened\, a Buddha. What did he discover and how i
 s it still relevant to us?\n\nEach week\, join Shuddhakirti to explore a t
 eaching of the Buddha through a short guided meditation\, talk\, discussio
 n and questions. You're welcome to come along if you are new to Buddhism o
 r more experienced. This class is open to all.\n\nGreat if you live far aw
 ay from the Buddhist centre or looking for a little bit of Dharma to break
