SUMMARY:People of Colour Meditation Morning
DESCRIPTION:A friendly\, engaging\, and informal get-together\, creating a 
 welcoming space for people of colour to learn\, connect and practice along
 side each other.\n\n\nSaturday 4 October from 10:30-12:30 at the Buddhist 
 Centre\, arrival from 10am\n\nJoin Amaragita and the Birmingham People of 
 Colour sangha for a morning of talks\, meditation and discussion. Amaragit
 a will lead us in exploring the theme 'The Boundless Heart'\, where we'll 
 be looking at working with difficult emotions on and off the cushion.\n\nF
