A morning of meditation, for more confident meditators. These are unguided sits, if you’d like the support and atmosphere of meditating with others. There will be bells for stages.
Join on the hour for the first session, the second, or third. You do not need to do all 3.
Note – if you arrive during a session, you may not be able to get in.
