DESCRIPTION:\n\nCome along for meditation and an exploration of Buddhism\, 
 specifically for people aged 18-30. A space to discover a deeper awareness
 \, learn where the Buddha's teachings can help with navigating the complex
 ity of the modern world\, and find some stability amongst all the change a
 nd uncertainty that happens in your 20s.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nHosted by Orla\
 , Henry\, Harry\, Alice and Adityadasa. You don’t necessarily need to co
 nsider yourself a Buddhist\, just someone who is interested/curious.\n\n\n
