 , however due to resources in the team this year we have decided to do a w
 eekend instead)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n'Coming Home'\n\nAdityadasa and Suddhimani w
 ill be leading a gentle weekend of discovery where\, within the supportive
  conditions of Adhisthana\, we will explore elements of The Myth of the Re
 turn Journey from the White Lotus Sutra\, and begin to understand what it 
 really means to come home.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe retreat is for anyone who kno
 ws the metta bhavana and mindfulness of breathing meditations\n\nWatch thi
 s video if you'd like a short introduction to Suddhimani who will be co-le
 ading this course. It's a 5 minute insight into her practice\, home shrine
  space\, and things that are meaningful to her.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPAY DEPOSIT 
 HERE\n\nPlaces will be limited - Reserve your spot now with a deposit. We 
 will then contact you for the rest of the amount due.\nDeposits are non-re
 fundable and non-transferrable.\n£140 Full Price / £90 Concessions (incl
 uding the deposit)\n\nArrival opens from 4pm on friday - please aim to be 
 on site by 6pm for dinner. The retreat will end around 2:30pm on Sunday.
