This drop-in lunchtime session is perfect for both those wanting to try meditation for the first time as well as those more experienced but looking for a space to be led through meditation with others. All are welcome.
We will introduce you to and lead you through the meditations, either a mindfulness of breathing, or metta bhavana practice.
This lunchtime class is in-person at the Buddhist Centre. Great for anyone local to the centre with space on a Thursday daytime, or those working from home who could pop down for the hour.
The class is offered on a donation basis.
